My brother is on a disability pension and a few months back began to lay bye a ride on mowers with a catcher which had to be ordered in. A few weeks later my brother was approved a NDIS package and no longer required the ride on. They are refusing to reimburse the cost of the catcher until they sell the catcher and their excuse was "we don't normally stock that item so we can't refund until it's sold.
