We drive semi coast to coast and was referred to JR MOBILE REPAIRS in Yuma. Very professional and Very accommodating for me and wife. Major seal leak on rear end on semi truck. REPAIRS and parts and Very clean company.
I had a problem with my motorhome and I called JR who was extremely busy, he took the time between clients to stop by and diagnose my problem and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you JR and to your wife as well, she was very nice . I have you on my list if and when I have any future problems with my outfit. I can't say enough thank you for helping us out, I will definitely tell everyone about you and your business.
Integrity, Honesty and Competence We’ve been full-time RVing for ten years and the biggest problem we’ve found is finding decent mechanics/shops for RV repair. We’ve been disappointed time after time and often after being referred by other RVers to shops that let us down once again. Just bad luck? I doubt it, as the lack of quality shops is a common complaint we hear all too often. As we were preparing to leave Yuma on the next leg of our Spring trip, we discovered a puddle of liquid under our engine (never a good sign).... read more
We were stuck out in the boondocks, ON A SUNDAY, and Rene and Johanna came out with their kids (because they had other Sunday plans) to find our problem. It took a couple of days to get the right parts, but Rene got us back on the road in good repair. Nice people, great service! Many, many thanks!!!
While Rene was not able to fix our coach, he did drive 50+ miles to reach us. He brought multiple parts in anticipation but ultimately diagnosed the real problem. He then contacted another repair shop that could get the right part and install it onsite. He even checked back in with us to make sure mechanic number 2 helped us. Great human! And he is very knowledgeable.
