Jr came on time and completed the wrk in a timely manner. Very kind and polite. He did with all of the mechanics said they were unable to do and they did make attempts for hours and still weren’t able to complete the job that Junior was able to complete if I ever need any more work done on any vehicle that I own I will always reach out to Junior first to see if he’s capable, and I will always and forever recommend him for work in the future. I called for a diagnosis, they did nothing until I payed them upfront, first that’s a real no no!! I was charged $175 instead of the on line charge of $150, because I didn’t want to buy this expensive battery from them, they would not do the diagnosis, but kept my money, two stars for them coming out!!
Robert handled my brake job with no issues. He was very professional and courteous. They have earned a continued customer.
JR'S Mobile did great work for me in 2023. That is why I called them 3 days ago to replace my alternator. Unprofessional and Deceptive Business Practices I hired JR Mobile Mechanics in Albany, GA, to replace the alternator, splice three wires, and install a battery on my 1994 Ford F-150 for an agreed price of $135. The technician required full payment upfront, which I provided. However, after receiving payment, he attempted to charge an additional $40 to connect the wires.
