First time ever calling a mobile mechanic and was very nervous. I’m in Douglasville and my daughter just start college in Albany and JR service came up when I google. Jr was very professional and very patience with me. I called back a day or 2 later and his patience was still calm and nice and answer all my questions and my mom question along with my daughter mom as well. Absolute best service I've received. They took on the job after two prior mechanics had made the issue worse and took more than a week just to diagnose. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem and have me driving in less than 2 days!
