Robert's customer service was A1! It matched his work performance. Our air conditioner has been out for a few weeks and it's been somewhat uncomfortable especially with my young grandson. After Robert completed the work on our car, the air is blowing cooler than it has since we've had our vehicle. I'm hoping it remains blowing cool! We're currently very satisfied with his customer service as well as the service he provided on our car!! 😃

Today I had the opportunity to receive service from Jr's Mobile Mechanics. I've had trouble with my car since I purchased it and really felt like it was no hope. The technician came on time and started to diagnose the car immediately. He told me, step by step, everything that was wrong and what he was doing to fix it, as he was doing it. Jr came on time and completed the wrk in a timely manner. Very kind and polite. He did with all of the mechanics said they were unable to do and they did make attempts for hours and still weren’t able to complete the job that Junior was able to complete if I ever need any more work done on any vehicle that I own I will always reach out to Junior first to see if he’s capable, and I will always and forever recommend him for work in the future. I called for a diagnosis, they did nothing until I payed them upfront, first that’s a real no no!! I was charged $175 instead of the on line charge of $150, because I didn’t want to buy this expensive battery from them, they would not do the diagnosis, but kept my money, two stars for them coming out!!
