Took the day off work to have this electrical work done. Called the day before to confirm. They said yes, between 8-11. 11 rolls around with no word from them. I call to see what’s up, the receptionist says they’re definitely coming today and that she’ll call the person assigned to the job and have them contact me. Never heard from them and no one ever showed up. I’m freaking furious. Arranged my freaking day around this. Just unbelievably disrespectful of them

The electrician showed up on time, and the service was really professional. I had my problem resolved quickly. I heartily endorse it!
