CLOSED FOR GOOD? Hmmmm!
Great product, never had a quality issue, but the turnaround is really long, and when they messed up my order, they did nothing to fix the problem quickly, they said they would remake the frames, but still within the normal turnaround time. Needless to say i have a very mad client
JRS is an excellent supplier to the trade. We've specified there lines of frames on many of our projects. I've worked with Brad for over a decade, and he and his employees have always been very friendly and professional! At Signs of Success Architectural we're proud to offer their product line.
Manager was fairly snotty and when unwilling to work with us, her boss ridiculed her in from of us. Absolutely no customer service and was the most uncouth person I've met all week.
