Outstanding customer service! This was my first visit, but they took such good care of me that I feel like this is a local mechanic I've trusted for years! The first person who answered the phone took enough info about my car's issue, and she scheduled me at the perfect time during my busy morning on the very next day. Had a great experience with them. I work in this business at a large dealership in the quad Cities, but my wife's water pump went out in her Toyota and it was overheating so I could not get it to my dealership. So I tried JR'S as they were local. They got me right in, had the vehicle repaired within a couple days. I am able to look up standard repair times and what should be charged, and they charged me less than what it actually pays standard to do this job! LONG story short! Make sure you get everything on paper! My father had to sue this man to get his truck back . They went from it would be $1,700 to 6,000 They NEVER got the ok to fix the truck and fixed it anyways . Didn’t show up to court (bc he knew he had no chance to win) but the worst part he threatened my elderly father and told him if he saw him in the alley he would kick his ass! Don’t bother going here!
If I could give it a Zero rating I would. Very unprofessional. Will never be back
