I recently bought my car from JRR Cars, travelling from the south coast to collect it. Phil kept in touch all the way through the process, instilling confidence in the dealership and this was reinforced when after I'd got the car home we discovered that the brake discs were badly worn and the pads fitted were actually incorrect. i had a terrible experience when I recently bought a used car from this company. After making a £4,500 deposit, I soon found out the car had major issues. According to UK consumer law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which stipulates that a buyer has the right to reject a defective vehicle within 30 days and receive a complete refund, I promptly returned the vehicle. However, this dealer withheld £800 without providing a good reason, refusing to return my entire investment and only returning £3,700. This is illega... read more
