Sharon has been helping me and my family for years, she’s never steered me wrong and has always been so kind and professional! Everyone in the office has a great attitude and is always friendly.
We have gone to JRP for the past 2 to 3 years to complete our taxes. Never again. We claim the solar investment credit and the forms were not ready on time for the 2023 tax year so the office filed an extension for us. We were finally able to file in May 2024 and it is now January 2025 and we still don't have our tax return or any answers on when we will get our money. I have sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered and when I call the office, I get lip service and still no answers. They are supposed to have a lawyer w... read more

This place IS HORRIBLE!! Filed here because I wanted to make sure my solar credit was filed correctly. After finding out some issues on my taxes had to be redone, was told that there would be no changes to my refund. Come to find out my state refund was less than first told, so when I called up, they said they only ment my federal wouldnt change and said nothing about my state other than it was missed by 2 people. So after being upset after that, they relooked at my taxes, and found they missed ANOTHER $1000. Awesome, so we ... read more
