Without going into much detail the man is a complete ego maniac. Has no professonal skills to deal with his staff or other agencies.
My house backs on the Assiniboine river and we had significant erosion. JRoss did the re-grading and rip-rap installation in the winter and landscaping in the spring. They were exceptional. They got the job done beyond our expectations and are really solid workers. Also important to note how they were determined to make sure that every aspect of the landscaping was just the way we wanted it. They were the best.
