I worked with Rocco to purchase a home in a Boulder as a first-time home buyer. He was really patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Rocco and his wife work as a great team. Highly recommend working with them for buying a home.
I've used a few realtors in the past and there are good ones out there, however the exceptional ones are difficult to find. Rocco and his team are part of the exceptional tier. The attention to detail, care for the client and down-right great human beings they have on their team truly make the difference. I had a good working relationship with JROC Properties. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive payment for work completed in July 2024, which has been outstanding for over five months. I have patiently followed up through emails, and while I was initially promised that payment would be resolved, those promises have not been kept, and my emails are no longer being answered. This is disappointing, as I trusted the company to honor their commitments. I hope they address this soon.
Rocco was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He was courteous, attentive, and took the time to explain every detail of the house, including potential slight defects. He went above and beyond, even accommodating late hours, to help us find the perfect home. His service was excellent from start to finish, and he followed up after the purchase to ensure the move, final steps and solar connections were set up smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first time home buyer.
I've never used this individual for a real real estate transaction and I never would. Years ago I inquired and was added to a marketing email list and texting list without my permission. The owner of this business continues to spam me and is now decided that he's going to text spam me as well. I would caution anyone against using this individual or business as their business practices are not ethical and do not follow the law.
