I enjoy working out in this clean friendly environment. When I go to workout there is never a huge crowd. I love all the resources that are made available to me to help me on this journey to great health and wellness.
I think this will assist in my weight loss journey.
When you are in good health, it's easy to stay in a positive mind set. I enjoy going to the Wellness Center, I enjoy making new friends, I enjoy good fellowship. The Wellness Center it's one of the best things we have going on in Pine Bluff.
A VERY NICE PLACE TO WALK...AND MEDITATE...I loved it.
Love the gym and staff . The gym equipment is pretty good . The staff is friendly an accommodates to my needs as an competitor
Nice, clean, and friendly staff. Hopefully you all will get a battle rope!!!! I love the Wellness Center though!!
