Jeff did a top-notch job working on the bathroom plumbing and boiler in this historic home. Not only was the workmanship excellent, but the customer service was exceptional (he was extremely patient and carefully answered all of my questions - of which there were many). While I hope we won't need him for an emergency any time soon, I know we'll be in expert hands if one arises.
