Made an appointment on Thursday 6/20 for an interior and exterior detail to be done on Saturday 6/22 at 1 pm. Confirmed via text that I had an appointment and confirmed the price. Now it is currently 6/22 1:30pm and they are not responding to my message or calls. This is a very unprofessional way to do business.
Joshua did a wonderful job on both our vehicles. He communicated well, was on time, and was competitively priced.
Had an appointment set up to get my car detailed, but he never showed up or answered my call the day of. Really disappointed because I was looking forward to the service.
Will definitely have him detail my vehicles again with no problem. Very professional and punctual with time and details. You will not be disappointed with JRM Mobile Detailing, trust me. And he doesn’t only do cars and trucks, he details anything with wheels.
