John and his crew showed up to remove snow. Left inches of snow on driveway and sidewalk. Horrible job. Took pictures and sent to him asking him to come back and fix it. He was so rude and aggressive on the phone. His response was nasty and he refused to discuss the pictures. He came back three days later after the sun had melted the sidewalk and said it was clear.
