Rented us a “remodeled” property that was literally falling apart and is now trying to steal our security deposit. The house returned in fine condition and now us 4 who faithfully paid him month after month for 4 years straight are out $4000. What a shame
I would never recommend working with this company to anyone. They wanted to charge me $26k on construction of a property. This was AFTER we had already agreed on a price, I hired an attorney, I was working on mortgage paperwork, and construction was already started. Not even willing to negotiate. GREEDY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Disgusting business practices.
