Took my car in for a state inspection which they completed and fixed two other issues in less than 2.5 hours. Great work, clean, and respectable, highly recommend! Update**** Recently had two problems with my older car and JRM Automotive was great. They even fixed an issue within a certain time frame I requested so it was like a rush job but they did it anyway. I will continue to give them my business.
I contacted this business last year about replacing my evaporator core. They told me to send my car information over email, which I never heard of before. I believed they were too busy to take my information over the phone. I did that and Aubrey Jackson responded that he would get back to me. Long story short, he never called me -- only responded to my email about how he would get back to me about the maintenance. He never sent another email after sending that.
