JRL provides excellent services starting from booking a pickup and drop off, prioritizing safety—in terms of proper stationing passenger’s wheelchair or safety details for companions, having courteous and friendly drivers, confirming any special instructions during the travel, and many more. I used the service to get a friend picked up and get dropped off at our community function. It feels good to know that the passenger was comfortable and pleased with the service. Friendly, prompt service! My children's dance group needed a reliable vehicle to get them to their performances and JRL helped us in a pinch! Easy to work with and they treated us like we were family. Highly recommend!

We have used JRL shuttle for a number of years. They transport my daughter to and from school and to various outings. She is in a wheelchair. From management and all drivers, Their professionalism, care and safety are above and beyond.It takes a lot to trust someone to transport your child and I could not be happier with their service.
