Hiram and Jim and the crew do great work. They always are honest and will do whatever they can to help me. Once I even had a bad battery that I got from advance auto, and they got a replacement for me so I wouldn’t have to go to advance to get it replaced since i was needing to head out of town for vacation. I had a dealership try to rip me off close to a thousand dollars on a repair, and JRJ diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair price. Love these guys!!!
Our 2009 CRV/Honda had an engine light on for 3 weeks. Finally took it to an auto parts store in the area and after checking it with their computer, it showed the problem was a timing chain issue, which is an extremely expensive issue to have. I have been a very loyal customer at Jrj,the staff is very friendly.My first couple of experiences were great,I’ve spent well in excess of 3000$ dollars in the past 2 years! Recently I’ve had a oil leak on my Audi which Jim told me he can fix 500$ Fixed valve cover gasket which did not stop leak!Was told now we can see the leak better because the oil pressure has improved.So Jim tells me the leak is coming from oil pan gasket so I spend 633$ to replace it bring the car back home. I have been bringing my vehicles here to have them serviced. Anywhere from a repair to simple routine maintenance. These guys always do a fantastic job and the prices are always good for the services. Will always come back here for my vehicle needs!
Fabulous service. Asked about my daughter's car they worked on. My family will be back for any service on our vehicles.
Great service, quick turnaround, and very comparable labor charge. Brought my truck in for a clutch job and had it back the next day. Shop called and verified an expected expense. Overall a very good experience and very friendly service. I highly recommend and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
