The job I requested was not relayed correctly to the plumbers. So I wasted my time as they did not have the correct equipment. In addition, since the request was not correct, they quoted me the incorrect charge. Finally, they lied to me about getting a Cartridge replacement and wanted me to pay full price for their service along with who knows what price they would change me for the replacement Cartridge. Joe was great! We had left a lot of the plumbing issues at our house go over the years and we had Joe come out. I wish we called him a lot earlier. Very prompt and professional. I highly recommend him.
