This company did a fantastic job fixing an outdoor faucet problem I had, the technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to finish the job (20m ish) with the upmost professionalism. HOWEVER, I received the bill via email the next day and saw that the 20m job had a charge for a minimum of 1.5 hours, meaning in that hour and a half they can do 3 jobs, charge all the same and laugh all the way to the bank of our behalves.
