This company did a fantastic job fixing an outdoor faucet problem I had, the technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to finish the job (20m ish) with the upmost professionalism. HOWEVER, I received the bill via email the next day and saw that the 20m job had a charge for a minimum of 1.5 hours, meaning in that hour and a half they can do 3 jobs, charge all the same and laugh all the way to the bank of our behalves. Exceptional customer service. I was in a panic with water accumulating under the sink and called JRG which I had previously used for some routine plumbing around the home. They got back to me very promptly. Spoke to Harold who was fantastic and although they are busy, like most trades these days, he arranged to have someone come by within roughly twenty four hours. I would highly recommend JRG plumbing. A very professional and proficient business.
Highly recommend JRG Plumbing. Had them change out shower and sink fixtures. Easy to reach, amazingly efficient and friendly team, fair pricing. Communication was great and they cleaned up everything. Installs were done perfectly. I cannot state enough how impressed I am with the whole experience.
Have worked with JRG plumbing on several projects. Very pleased with their work and highly recommend.
