They have knowledgeable staff, I got some advice about the muffler I wanted to purchase. Received the JRE muffler for my Suzuki GSX250 across. Fitted well, and sounds awesome. The two springs supplied for the link pipe, were a little to long, no problem, as I had shorter springs in the tool box. Has a nice legal sound, but I removed the bafel, sounds better, but not overly loud. My bike is still a project at the moment, so I can't say about any performance differences. Quick and very knowledgeable service. My replacement muffler was hard to find but I stumbled upon JRE who had a range to choose from, very happy with the sound and product quality!
