Jon was great! I called him and he was able to fit me in same day, and resolved my issues with the spa (user error) in moments, without change. Excellent service and a stand up guy. He could have easily changed a diagnostic fee or sold me a part I didn’t need. I will definitely be using Jon again next time I have an issue with the spa.
We had an unexpected issue on our hot tub and gave JRD a call. John picked up immediately, asked me to fill out details on his website and also asked if I was okay with his apprentice dropping by. He showed up mid day the very next day. Managed the issue, gave us a few tips on chemical management and all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this service and won't hesitate to call again, if needed. Thank you John and Brandon!
Reached out with a technical question over email. Literally like 2 min later I got a response. Jon gave me a bunch of info and helped me out even though it wasnt going to be bringing him business. Will be going through him for anything I need. There is a reason he has over 115 5 star reviews.
Amazing response! He answered right away, I sent in a couple pictures of my broken part, and he had them in stock. He said to come over (it was 7:00 at night) and I had the parts and I installed them in my tub that night. Fantastic business, I am very impressed!
