BEWARE, NO concept of accountability, several times cancelled last minute, left our job site that he was scheduled to work a full day, to go to another project with promises that he was returning same day; he didn't and did not respond to efforts made to locate him that day nor did he inform the G.C. he was leaving, does not show up for scheduled appointments, does not reply to voice-mail or text messages left promptly.
