I have something in my eye
Money over 8,000 given for roof 6 months ago , as of today the roof is still not completed. Jared Lesley COO states company has issues and is rebranding, roof will be doñe eventually. I have been scammed.
I had several issues with this company… First, they tried to reprice the shutter installation work (plus 50 percent from $250 to $375) after we agreed on the scope of work and pricing. The only extra service they provided after the quote was to install the garage door support bar. This took 15 minutes and deserved some compensation. Next, they failed to properly install one of my shutters which then blew off during Milton. Lastly, they tried the repricing trick on a few of my neighbors.
***Update: After a few days, we noticed our home was considerably cooler. We noticed 2 extra vents were installed on our roof than the previous roofer installed. When I asked Daniel, he stated they run the house through a ventilation diagram which shows what type of ventilation system to allow the best airflow. This will help us save on our electric bill. Daniel and the Luna crew was amazing! Daniel was very professional and he kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. I was afraid the crew wouldn't hold up to the same service, but I was definitely wrong! The Luna crew was efficient, professional and did an excellent job! I couldn't be more pleased. They are also a general contractor so they handle screened lanai damage and other damages. I prefer dealing with one company for all the needs. We appreciate them so much!
