I absolutely love my generator. It has already turned on when the electricity went off during storms. It is a great source of comfort to know you will not lose electricity. The crew that put our generator in, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and had a great rapport with each other. I highly recommend JRC Generators. Very pleased customer!
We use JRC to service our generator and have been very happy with their service. It’s easy to schedule and they are quick to get your service completed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a generator or needing service.
My generator wouldn’t start so I remove the battery but didn’t have a battery tester. I called JRC and a very nice man came out and installed a new battery and the generator fired up. I received a bill the next day for $411. In my opinion $411 for $50 battery and 10 minutes to install it is a bit excessive. Very disappointed when people take advantage of situations.
Frank and his guys did an outstanding job installing our generator. A difficult install and he made it look easy. I just recommended him to my dad. Wish all contractors were like him.
