Called JRC regarding an electrical issue. Frank came out to trouble shoot and didn't give up until he found the problem and repaired it. Nobody better or more diligent. Next step I'm having JRC upgrade my service and panel because there's no one I trust more.
JRC installed our whole house generator a 2-3 years ago. When the power goes out, our house does not skip a beat-we are up and running in seconds. No worries about the food in the refrigerator, or god forbid last winter power went out in the midst of the bad cold days. They are the people we refer all of our friends to. They were great to work with, walked us throught the whole process with Nicor-install was easy, they were nice to our dogs-lol.
