Disappointing experience really.sale of my car agreed through motorway site and car was as advertised,then came to collect and haggled down the price by saying the paint was too thick on my car suggesting it had maybe had damage to it despite finding it to be the same thickness all over the car?!feel like the money they haggled off was just to cover the 'free' collection costs back to northern ireland.finding a way to knock £151 off a £18000 car feels a little ignoble.

She provided excellent customer service and was very competent and very knowledgeable in relation to the cars I was interested in. I had several questions prior to purchase and her advice assisted me greatly in finally deciding on the right car for me. I really appreciated her helpful attitude.
