These guys are such pros. They are a total upgrade on the previous service we had. They are thorough, polite and very respectful. Thank goodness we found this company.
As a follow up to my previous review, the service man called to apologize for his small part in my review. I want to be clear, I do not have any problem with him other than I wished he had talked to me before he left my house. My problem was with the way I was talked to when I called JRB to be sure my service was completed. A little patience by the young lady in answering my questions would have gone a long way to avoiding my initial review. Up to today my experience has been very positive. I had scheduled my first year service for today. I am invilid. When service person arrived and rang the ring door and before I could get to door he went and and did the service I guess. He was here for a short time and then left When I called the office to be sure he completed the service the young lady said the service man rang the door bell twice, got no answer, went and did the service, then rang the door bell again. Everyone I dealt with from the day I contacted them for information, to the quote and finally the install, were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous and helpful.
