April 26, 2021 Oscar is the own of JRAK Construction. Our metal roof was done by his company 2017 in Albuquerque before we bought the house. We had a leak and Oscar send his employees to fix the issue and they did. Oscar told me if I needed any remodeling done to our house they can do it all. Sadd to say I won't hire him to do anything else because...they did a lousy job on a small project they installed our gutter and the leaf guard was a very patch job.
