JRAC provided emergency same day service at home located in DFW area. Agent was prompt and professional. The cost was reasonable.
I’m the owner of 2 minisplits we used to serve a remodeled garage apartment and also a standalone guest suite. Both are Gree systems. I have found most big AC companies are not interested or untrained and not knowledgeable about these systems. luckily I found JR s few years ago and he knows how they work and how to service them. I only csll him now for the minisplits- fast and timely service. Thank you !!
