In our experience, JRA is not qualified to create a semi-custom kitchen. We hired JRA Kitchen & Design to design and order cabinets for our dream kitchen in June 2025. JRA attempted to create a semi-custom kitchen for us with Bishop Cabinets. We paid in full and were excited to support local Katonah business. Unfortunately, it has been an extremely disappointing experience. Several cabinets in the original order were measured incorrectly.
