Worst customer service I have ever received – I had a mixed experience with JRA designs. He was very nice, my wedding dress and the bridesmaid dresses looked beautiful but his customer service was horrendous. He made my wedding gown, 6 bridesmaid dresses, and altered my rehearsal dinner dress.
