Be careful using this company. Damaged our furniture and when I called them a few days later, they said the 48hrs. Is past so they aren't doing anything about it. Workers are hard working, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
I scheduled the truck and three movers to arrive at 10am, yet was told around 10:15 that movers are running an hr late....tried to call the office several times after movers didn’t show up around 11:30, nobody answered the phone. Movers showed up at 12pm, which is two hrs late than their supposed arrival time. Movers all are very professional and hard working. Very grateful for them. Had my doubts but had no choice scheduled company canceled last minute. Called Rebecca she answered right and calmed me down as I was in a complete panic. I had to be out by 5pm or the doors would be locked on me. I got two guys within an hour, got everything out right away, and covered everything up for me and to my storage in 3 hours. I paid $280 dollars and was shocked they didn’t try to raise the price due to my desperate situation. It was a good experience and they will definitely be moving me to my new place in June.
*BEWARE* They moved our equipment for our business and damaged and broke a hobart mixer. When we asked for their insurance they provided us with an expired policy. Since then they have not respinded to our calls or messages. They are operating without liability or vehicle insurance. One of their men also was hurt and we are sure they do not have insurance to cover his medical bills. This is a bad business. *DO NOT USE*
