This dealer is the definition of the unethical Matilda dealership. This guy slaps lipstick on a pig and wants top dollar for his cars without a test drive or negotiation. He is very arrogant and not willing to work with you, must be a race thing. Just because a car has NYS Inspection does not mean the engine and transmission works good. He takes control of the conversation like most scam dealerships where he does not want to work out a deal. I Sent a PPI to see an oldsmobile car, Rich said that its ok and PPI couldnt drive the car off the Lot. Cost me money.
