Worst company..rude people including manager...never letting you to talk and ask questions..after first question they are getting mad and show bad attitude and hang up phone several times.. when I talked to manager he was even worse... instead of be nice with customer and be polite they treat me horrible..never deal with this company
JSR responded to a towing request, said eta was 75-105 minutes. After 80 minutes they said it would be another hour. And then they completely cancelled, after I was waiting on the side of the road for 90 minutes.
These people are liars they were supposed to pick up my vehicle on the 22nd. No one called or came to my home for the vehicle. My wife tried calling them they put her on hold and then hung up on her. Now I wake up on the 24th and they sent out a cancellation form claiming the reason they canceled was because my vehicle was inoperable, which is funny considering no one ever even showed up to my home and even looked at it. These people are evil!

The worst company ever please never book with them !!! My car was supposed be picked up Friday and delivered Monday my car didn’t get picked up to Sunday night no communication or nothing and didn’t get delivered until wed 7:30pm ! with all types of damages than they tried lie and say they didn’t cause the damages but I have before and after photos !! Very rude & a bunch of liars never book with them !
