What great honest service. Nobody likes to have transmission work done but the guys at JR make it easy. I have had two vehicles there in one month. Great communication, great service and amazing price that beats the competition hands down!

I had an appointment that was a few weeks out. A few days before my appointment they called to say they had an opening earlier in the week and I took it. Robbie my service tech was thorough explained the process and asked how I would like to proceed. The cost was just below the original estimate, and the work was done efficiently. I have never been treated so well by any automotive service center . JR Transmission has a customer for life!
I had a concern about my vehicle's steering problem before I drove over the pass today and it was answered quickly and intelligently with a look and a little work. They acted like helping me out was not an imposition to them but it was a big deal to me. Outstanding. Thanks. I know now why this place gets 5 stars.
Absolutely wonderful transmission shop, I took my 6L80 to him for inspection after a torque converter blew up and sent metal through the transmission. He could of easily gouged my pocket. But he inspected it and was completely honest with me and told me it didn't need any work. These guys are honest!
