Just got my 2016 Ram 3500 back today from getting a valve body replacement. I supplied all the parts and materials, and they did a great job. Shifts like butter. Great guys and great attitudes and fair prices. I recommend them for anyone needing transmission service. They are also the only shop in the Wenatchee area that rebuilds transmissions. Awesome job guys Thankyou. And I will in the future be back if any of my vehicles should need transmission work.
From the first phone call with J R Transmission, I felt confident I had chosen the right shop to work on my vehicle. What great honest service. Nobody likes to have transmission work done but the guys at JR make it easy. I have had two vehicles there in one month. Great communication, great service and amazing price that beats the competition hands down!

I had an appointment that was a few weeks out. A few days before my appointment they called to say they had an opening earlier in the week and I took it. Robbie my service tech was thorough explained the process and asked how I would like to proceed. The cost was just below the original estimate, and the work was done efficiently. I have never been treated so well by any automotive service center . JR Transmission has a customer for life!
