I am completely satisfied in the work that they do, will take all my transmission needs to this place. Jesus and Robbie are great guys and have been very helpful for me.
Just got my 2016 Ram 3500 back today from getting a valve body replacement. I supplied all the parts and materials, and they did a great job. Shifts like butter. Great guys and great attitudes and fair prices. I recommend them for anyone needing transmission service. They are also the only shop in the Wenatchee area that rebuilds transmissions. Awesome job guys Thankyou. And I will in the future be back if any of my vehicles should need transmission work.
From the first phone call with J R Transmission, I felt confident I had chosen the right shop to work on my vehicle. Both Jesus and Robby were so very informative and detailed about the work to be performed. At the onset it truly was not about selling me a transmission but, they looked at all options beforehand. What great honest service. Nobody likes to have transmission work done but the guys at JR make it easy. I have had two vehicles there in one month. Great communication, great service and amazing price that beats the competition hands down!
