Came here after experiencing a slow leak. Visited one other shop in town first thing in the morning, and to make a long story short, it became clear they weren’t interested in doing the work. And not because there was a line out the door. Waited till about 10 a.m. and drove by to check if anyone was at JR, and Luis was there with the garage door up 30 minutes before they officially opened. He got me in and out in 20 minutes. Had a bulge in our tire that we couldn’t see well enough to diagnose. Jose saw us first thing in the morning, immediately saw the issue, and fitted us out with a new tire. All done in 30 minutes.
