Mark was a great help in discussing options and pricing. Usually lots to choose from, but and if season has a little fewer. Seem to have real focus on service and maintenance for customers.
The staff here are terrific. We felt very comfortable with them. They've proven to be helpful and honest.
Terrible customer service experience with kegels or whatever the nephews name is. He is very rude and unprofessional on the phone. Service driver blocked my side of the driveway, I called to complain now unprofessional that was and poor Kegels actually had to work and problem solve, instead he told me to calm down, I can’t read your mind (as I am explaining the situation to him? )hung up on me. Professional their delivery driver dropped off a golf cart and a communal parking spot blocking other tenants Access to the garage. When I called, I spoke with the owner‘s nephew, and he told my wife that she was being rational and unprofessional, and hung up on her. I would advise not speaking with the owners ““ nephew.
