We had an amazing experience with JR Spas. The initial showroom visit was very professional. The sales team listened to our space constraints and our needs and aligned with a perfect hot tub for us. The install team was timely, courteous and professional. From start to finish I highly recommend JR Spas of Granbury, Texas. We are enjoying and relaxing in our new JR Spa.
Edit: It’s not my “assumption”. Your tech is the one who made the comment about the time and having to bill us for another hour. Your tech assumed it was the breaker. That was not certain which is why my husband wanted to be 100% certain before your tech left to prevent another week of being without our hot tub working and waiting on another tech for days, and probably having to pay for someone to come out again. I was told by master spa I had to go through this company for warranty work. Horrible experience and hopefully if there is a next time I can ask master spa to send another company out. We had to wait 6 days for a repair person to come look at our spa. My husband was told he would be contacted after the repair guy was leaving Grapevine and heading towards our house so there was never an exact time of when the tech was going to be here but we knew it was gonna be sometime after 10:30Am. They have gone above and beyond helping us keep our hot tub running. Joe has gone the extra mile to find us the correct parts for our tub, and Matthew has done amazing repair and maintenance work. Very fair and professional. Would highly recommend!
Absolutely have a great experience every time I stop in. Joe is always happy to answer any of my questions, and tolerates the kids when I drag them into the store for stops. We’ve been coming here for years! Always clean, good quality spa products!
