J R Snider sent out a kind, well trained educated experienced Technician (Abraham) to repair my hot water heater. He was able to locate and address the repair that was needed and answered any questions that I had. JR Snider ordered the replacement part and expedited the repair and they stood behind the warranty 100% I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing Water Care and Plumbing A+++
