I had the good fortune of having Mr. Chad Wilson come out to our house to do some hot water maintenance and a bit of trouble shooting. Chad arrived within the time frame promised and after a quick conversation got to work. Chad was polite, professional and competent and worked diligently to resolve our issues and get our water heater back up to standard. We were very satisfied with his work.
