Jeff, Amy, and the J&R team provide unmatched service! Car repairs are always stressful, but they are so honest and communicative that I felt completely comfortable explaining what I thought was wrong. Beyond their great mechanical work, their customer service is incredible. They picked me up when I didn't have a ride and even brought me my car during work so I could go home for lunch. You won't find another shop that cares this much!
I came to J&R with a Coupon, and they found me another to go with! In addition to the savings, the service was quick and friendly! I would definitely take my 2019 Silverado there again!
Courtesy, professional and getting the job done right!
Was able to get appt time quickly. Full service oil change took 20 minutes with a really great price. I've had other services performed as well with no issues. Pleasant, professional staff. Highly recommended by me. A+++
Scheduled for inspection. ABS issues.
