Used to give this place 5 starts and highly recommend, not anymore. After taking my car here for years for everything, ill never come back. They used to care about customers, now they seem to only care about booking high dollar job, and don't get back to you when your co ncorned about your service. Edit 8/2025...took a year to respond to my review, still never received a phone call from the owner as promised. Brought a truck in for emergency service and Derrick and company accommodated right away. Also, brought my daughters car in for some issues and they were great with communication.
Jeff and Amy saved us on a Sunday! My wife and I were traveling home from a wedding in a Chicago suburb to St. Louis on I-55 last Sunday, when my truck broke down/died (battery, power steering & ultimately found out the water pump had locked up). Of course it was on a Sunday morning, about 5 miles from the next exit, and right around a curve on I-55 where people were moving at high speed. I have to say, I’m extremely impressed with Derrick. His knowledge and expertise are outstanding, and his customer service goes above and beyond expectations. He’s personable, outgoing, and has the kind of positive energy that makes him a great fit in any environment. Derrick made sure I was fully informed about what was happening with my car and ensured I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Speaking with him genuinely brightened my day.
Jeff and his crew were able to get our Honda Driving great again. A honest place that makes sure it’s done right at a reasonable price. The shop had good communication with me the whole time the car was with them. I found the shop I’ve been looking for since moving south and won’t hesitate to bring any vehicles back. *bonus cup for the bar.
