Great, except the cable in the basement closet was pulled tight diagonally over the beams, making it tough to cut a notch for the cable so I can put the ceiling back. Ideally this would have been routed to make it easy to replace the ceiling. Bonus if you put the ceiling back up, but okay if you ran out of time... Just please don't make it hard for me to do it. Otherwise great work
Would very highly recommend this company. The security system that was installed, by another company, needed some upgrading. JR security gave me full and honest professional information. Communication was excellent and the installation team who reviewed the old system and installed the new units were helpful, informative, clean and detail oriented in the installation. Overall a top experience. And the new system is fabulous!
