I just had my diesel engine repaired by JR. It was an impossible repair job that JR made seem easy. He secured the part and overnighted it to NC where the repair was done in record time. We would have been stuck for days if not weeks if Jonathan hadn't jumped.on our repair and figured it out immediately. Thanks to JR we are on our way up to NY from NC. I would give 6 stars if it was an option! I recommend JR with no reservation or doubt.
JR knows what customer service is all about. Friendly, quick and reliable.He keeps you notified of his schedule so there’s no wondering. We are traveling through Swansboro in the middle of Big Rock and he made time for a service call and procured the part we needed for our Cat 3406E . Back up and going in a super quick turnaround. We can not say enough good things about JR and his company. He got us out of a jam, last minute, with our outboard motor in order to get out fishing the next day. It really made our trip and will recommend him to anyone.
Incredible customer service JR goes above and beyond. We contacted him on a Saturday holiday weekend. We brought our boat to his shop on and he repaired it very promptly. We were able to use our boat on Sunday. He saved our weekend.
