When you call a woman answers the phone like she is answering her personal cell phone and not like a business whatsoever. (Just a hello?) When I asked her to confirm this was JR RV service she replied with "yes thats the number listed for it". One if you had answered your phone professionally and business correctly I wouldn't have to confirm and two unnecessarily being rude when a simple yes would have sufficied prompted me to take one minute to leave this review. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Knowing that I was calling about a water leak in my RV, they gave me the next standard appointment two weeks out. I called another company who came out the same day (at 7:00 pm) and fixed the leak in the bathroom, plus he found a loose fitting elsewhere in the coach that probably would have started leaking soon. He found that one by doing a 100% inspection before he left.

I bought two interior panels from JR's RV Service in Hemet. The price was outrageous, but I needed them in a hurry. Within 1 hour of buying them, I discovered they were the wrong panels so I called and texted Joe to see if I could exchange or return them. No one would return my call or text. I don't think they remembered that I had previously done a lot of business with them and would have done more in the future. A little integrity goes a long way if you treat people right.

He worked on my Mom's unit and a few moths later we had an issue with the plumbing under her shower and had another company come out and they seem what was done under the unit regarding the plumbing and we're shocked that the work previous done was done by professional! It was a bang up job done by Jr's would never recommend !!
