Renee has been a fantastic property manager. I've only moved in however she has been courteous, very prompt with replying to my emails and went out of her way when showing me the property and answering any questions I had. As a tenant I have been very happy with the service JR Property have provided.
All good so far. Came across from another property manager that provided very poor service.Team at JR have made the transition across very easy, communication excellent and very responsive, new managers on top of any issues with the properties and tenants. Very happy with the service and advice, should have moved earlier as previous managers service was poor Sarah and Renee are providing great service and l am very confident in them managing my properties
Communication, application process, inspection was so fast and smooth sailing, couldn’t recommend Renee enough, very friendly and great service
Jack provided a friendly and professional service. He communicated with us effectively regularly following up, amd worked hard to successfully sell our home.. We would recommend him
