Began with JR back in 04'. Reconstruction and replastering. Punctual and good clean-up. Some workmanship issues. They tried wet patching instead of dry to provide a quick fix. Did not work out as well as desired. "No show last Wednesday in spite of the Monday confirmation. No show today in spite of the Friday confirmation. Messages not returned today. Reckless drivers. Realllll bad
JR Pool is the real deal. It's a locally owned company and EVERYONE I worked with was super friendly and professional, from the owner Jose Jr, the coordinator Roger, and our supervisor Osvaldo who checked on the crew's work and made sure everything was just right. I was impressed with the English fluency of the crews. There was a mishap with our mailbox and the plaster truck (mailbox lost that one), but they contacted us without our saying something, owned the accident and made amends.
