We had a sewage back up into our home from a clogged septic pipe. We originally called Bluewater plumbing to help us. They sent 2 guys out that told us our septic tank was full and we needed a pump out. They charged us an hr and a half labour each for this. The next morning we had the pump out. It did not resolve the issue. We have 2 kids under 6 and couldn't use toilets or drains for 2 days at this point. I called them to see if they could come back. My mom had a major drainage backup the day after significant rainfall when J.R. Plumbing was very busy responding to septic system calls due to the weather. They made time to come assess her issue the same day she called. It was a major issue; he returned the very next day, spent the entire day there and fixed all of the multiple problems with her drains. This is the second time Mom has used J.R. Plumbing and both times the service was prompt, professional and resolved the problem completely.
Rick is the best plumber...we have been calling on him for 18 yrs!
Fantastic service. He was recommended to us. Gentleman was professional. Did a fantastic repair job. Was nice. Explained everything. Pricing was reasonable. Can't say much more except everything was positive.
