Quick response (< 3 hrs) to a non-functioning 7-year old electric furnace (they are a recommended technician for the type of furnace we have). Repair done in 15 minutes, professional technician, reasonable price. Payment via e-transfer would have been preferred but cc payment was available. Would use them in the future.
