I had an issue with my ac unit mid July, JR Énergie sent a technician out the following morning to assess the issue. They same day the parts were ordered. However the manufacturer Daikin was out of stock. As soon as the parts arrived JR Énergie contacted me on vacation to schedule an appointment to be the first scheduled client following my vacation. Great service and follow from JR Énergie. Everyone has the client at heart.
