It's nice and clean
Nice roads and very well clean
Rent goes up all the time can’t have toys in the yard for kids trash every where and you see people shooting up behind the well house. There’s trash everywhere. For the high lot rent it’s not worth it. Oh and the police come out every month or so is crazy
