I know nothing about cars but John was really good at explaining to me what was going on in a way that made sense to me when my car was not starting and running rough when it did. Price was reasonable too .

Terrible service received. Had my brakes replaced here a few months ago. The brakes the mechanics at jr mechanical installed were cheap and after only 10,000kms of driving, they squeak. The rotors were also supposed to be replaced, however they just used the old ones and taped it back together with duct tape and I still got charged for new rotors. Such a shame as now I have to pay another 600 dollars to fix their awful job. Mechanics have refused to take accountability for issues caused.
The worst service ever had a new car with warranty through the dealership had a leaky rocker cover and was cracked instead of fixing the problem silicone was the preferred tool lasted the warranty and just cost me the worst service ever
