This is a long review so prepare yourself to read. I called the office on June 10,2024 regarding my AC unit not working. It is the summer, so the quickest they could get someone out was on 6/18/24. That day rolls around and I call the office asking for the time to expect the technician. She proceeded to tell me that they didn't have me scheduled.
