Absolutely garbage work done by this crew. Silicone on pvc to metal joints, wires not secured AT ALL. The float switch was hanging on the outside of the drain pan. Drop ceiling was left detached in places and also heavily damaged during a BRAND new install. Tiles were not put back in proper places and forced into place breaking them. Trash left in the blower unit. And lets not forget the numerous visits after the install to fix nothing but still charge for it. Great timely service, tech was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I watched as a truck from J and R took the time tonight to 1. Try to help a woman by pushing her vehicle up an icy hill, and when that didn’t work, 2. Get a rope out and pull her vehicle so she was no longer stuck/stranded, spinning her wheels. That’s pretty darn good humanity right there! ♥️♥️♥️
